Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case scenario and granted or denied at the sole discretion of Modern Theory LLC.  Please note that should a refund be granted, the amount may be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed at the date of the refund request. Subscriptions and recurring service payments may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for subscriptions and recurring service payments require a minimum of 2 week prior notice and will be pro-rated at the time of cancellation.
